April was a good month
for Sojournposse. Four
weeks after the co-founder of Sojournpussy.com, Salina Christmas,
won the Informa award for photojournalism,
another Sojournposse, Juan Bolanos Jurado, won two photography
awards for his entries for the Cosmopoética
2008 competition (20 April 2008).
The poetry competition
organised by the Ayuntamiento de Cordoba (the Council of
Cordoba), Spain, invited entries that must consist of photography
and poetry. What a brilliant idea, marrying two forms of
artistic expression.
