You can't do Jamaica without eating jerk chicken.

In April, Kess Bohan went to Jamaica to do a programme for Virgin Atlantic about Jamaica.

He went to Scotchie's at Montego Bay, the best jerk chicken restaurant on the island, to see how the dish was done.
